I am a versatile leader with over 25 years of experience working within, coaching, and training Lean and Agile methodologies. I have helped multiple large organizations design and implement process in Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, and Lean development. I bring a broad spectrum of insight into improvement by leveraging a background in financial services, government, lean manufacturing, and software design. Certified Scrum Professional (CSP); Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SAFe SPC), Certified Product Manager (CPM). My Organizational Change Management, as well as, Innovation design leadership education allows for the full spectrum approach to strategic, cultural, and tactical application of process improvement for a Kaizen mindset.
Over the years I have assisted organizations design and implement Agile transformation and improvement initiatives. I have mentored and coached the entire enterprise from Executive management to development teams in the principles of Agile. I have found in order to be truly successful, an organization must foster a collaborative culture which has everyone working toward the same goals.
I continue to mentor and coach team members and senior management for improving efficiency as well as supporting a culture of collaboration and transparency.
